Desert Life Museum
It’s just like me to post things later then they happened haha Well! My dad, Tracy, Dylan, Kelly, Summer and Myself went to the Desert Museum! There will be a part of this in my Youtube moving Video! (clicky clicky)
All that green you see is a ton of Cactus’s’s’s!
Two small bois in cages! First area we went to is all the glass caged animals and insects, Mainly fish, snakes and spiders! Very cool!
Then we went down a path to see the open caged animals(?) the nonglassed ones!
Walking around!
We went into a small cave, I have more video then I do pictures but it was so fun, Summer and I went into a small path I think is meant for the children but we were small enough to fit. we found a small area that had a sketch book so of course you have the artist having the need to draw something in. sadly I didn’t get any pictures but I think I got video of it? Now the pens they had ready were all out of ink so Summer and Dylan brought out their own and I borrowed Summer’s and as I was drawing two older ladies kept peaking over. I heard them make comments on how I’m STill there but jokes on them cause the pens are out of ink!! so mer!
Then There was an area to look at gems and they had a micro scoop, It was meant to look closer at the gems and ants for some odd reason but Dylan and Summer put their fingers under it and then a dollar and well we had a blast using it for something other then it was meant for. Others were coming so we had to scoot out of there.
Then all the things out side of cages! This is out in the open so It does make sense for nature to come out. When it was getting dark they were blocking off areas cause of snakes, many walked around with flashlights/black lights to spot of all the other things.
We stopped to get some ice cream, It was a cute little place and we sat outside of it playing would you rather. After walking around more we spotting an area to pet some manta rays, Only Summer and I wanted to do it so we went in, They felt gross but that kinda gross you wanna do again, I guess? Then after that we headed over to get some food. The food there was pretty good but I wasn’t that hungry when we got there so Kelly and Dylan helped me finish my food. We had left after that cause it was dark and we had done everything we could have at that point.
I had a blast, it was so cool but then I learned next week was Bat week but we didn’t go then lol but still It was fun hanging out with my fam!
